Seems that you have a problem in the file permission in your server. Please read the similar issues faced by others http://www.bluehostforum.com/showthread.php?32117-an-error-occurred-while-processing-this-directive.

Also, try to update your WordPress to the latest version. And, check your blog by disabling all WordPress Plugins.

To increase font size, add the following code in the custom css of Styling tab in Theme Options panel.

2.For your “convenience”, the category name will be fetched from WordPress Directly. However, the widget title will be displayed when you haven’t selected any categories that is For recent Posts. If you want to change the category name, you can update do it directly under Categories. ie, WP Dashboard > posts > Categories.

3. For third one, use Regenerate Thumbnail WP plugin to recreate your images to fit in this themes. For more info Read our: http://themepacific.com/faqs/

For Breaking news, you can directly enter the text in your language in the Theme Options > Home settings – News Ticker Title.

1. To change the font use the following code in the Custom styles in Styling tab (Theme Options)

2. We’ve missed out that Translation strings for Read more and Tabs in the widget section. In our next update, we’ll fix that.
You can also edit those widget files to fix that.

Go to Admin > Widgets > slide_tabs.php file to edit the Tabs titles and
in the same folder, you can change the Readmore text by editing the homepage_singlet_widget.php ,homepage_doublet_widget.php files.
