To change the name of the Widgets like you mentioned above, You have to edit the widget code. if you have knowledge of editing the code using FTP, then it will be easy for you.

1. To remove the Recent Posts Bar:

Go to index.php file and remove the following code <h2 class="blogpost-wrapper-title">Recent Posts </h2>

2. To change the Tabbed widget title
Go to BresponZive_pro > admin > Widgets > and Open slide_tabs.php. In that file, you can change the title of Tabs.
