You can get it via your ThemePacific Account. Login and Download the updated version.

You have to edit the Header.php file and find the following code. Then Replace the code like below,

From

<?php if($themepacific_data['ticker_category'] != "0") { ?>

to

<?php if($themepacific_data['ticker_category'] != "Select a category:") { ?>

After that, Go to silver Mag Pro Theme Options in WP dashboard. In Home Settings page, set the options like Breaking News Ticker > Select a category:

Then Save Options.

It will remove the News Ticker.
