Yes, You can edit the theme skin style sheet. For example, Go to Madura theme folder > css > skins > edit darkblue.css.

In that file, Replace the #0554A3 to your color. Then choose the Dark Blue skin in the Theme Panel. That’s it.

For the first one, the theme skins should work. We’ve checked that on our side and don’t see any problem in the theme.

Some users liked it and some of them don’t. However, we’ll update that code to fix that. Please share your temporary WordPress login details.

Change the Permalinks to pretty permalinks. Follow this Guide http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Permalinks#Choosing_your_permalink_structure
