    Theme will automatically adjust image size since it offers different sections. For the menus, share your website details, I’ll check the issue.

    That’s Okay. You can import the demo data from WordPress dashboard to get all those settings. Otherwise, share your temporary login credentials. Our support person will setup theme for you.

    Hello,

    The Latest version of the theme fixed your issue already. We’ve checked your site in our browser and the menu(first image) has been looked like what you have shown to us in email.

    Try to clear your browser cache to latest version of the theme or try in different browser. Because the issue has been already fixed.

    Hello,

    Your Infolinks Plugin causes the Trouble here. It’s not a Theme error. It’s plugin settings you have set throws the error.

    Just Goto Infolinks settings and choose the jQuery Site here and save.

    Now, Your site will work without any issues.

    Hello,

    Follow the steps to open the menu in new tab

    1. On your Appearance > Menus page, click the ‘Screen Options’ link in the top right corner.
    2. Within the Screen Options page you will see a ‘Link Target’ checkbox. Enable this option and close the screen options.
    3. Within the menu options you should see a new ‘Open link in a new tab’ option. Enable this and click the ‘Save Menu’ button.

    Yes, You can tag the posts you wanted to show in the featured slider as one category (Like Featured Category) and choose that in the Blocks.

    No One has facing this issue. We need error logs to fix this issue. If you can share the error logs, We’ll fix ASAP. Share your FTP details, We’ll check and fix things. It could be any PHP or server compatible issue.

    However, We’ll check and fix the issues if there is any from our Theme.

    We’ve Fixed your Issue. It is Server Cache Memory issue. We’ve cleared out the cache, Now the Live Customizer Loads in your site.

    You can’t exclude the first 4 posts like that. That Featured Big section will display any categories and latest posts. However, We’ll take your opinion and implement in next update.

    We’ve faced no issues in our testing process.

    Alternatively, You can get the demo XML file here at the folder : bfastmag_pro/inc/admin/tp_importer/tp_bfastmag_pro_demo.xml for wordpress import.

    Import via tools > Import > WordPress importer.

    Tell us, how it goes.
