1. Go to Appearnce > Customize > General options. There You can find the Sticky Settings.

2. In Customize > Additional CSS insert the following code to show trening in Mobile.

Please check your site.. The Ads are working.. You can only place 3 ads in single page.

Also note that, Sometimes Google will not display, if there is no relevant ads.

Like I said before, You have entered the Wrong HTML code in Title Tag. Don’t enter the Custom HTML title input, enter only in the custom HTML Text area.
