It’s not a theme error. Your php settings has lower timeout limit. You have to increase it via php.ini settings in your server.

Also, Use the following code to remove the paragraph,

Just use the following code in the template-parts/ content-page.php

Replace the the_title code with following one.

HomePage Blocks in Pro version will be available as the Advanced ThemePacific Page Builder. You can create unlimted blocks using the Page Builder.

Go to Pages > Enable Page Builder. Then create any blocks using that.
