    Also it now says I have 79 downloads left (apparently from me trying to get the first download attempt to work) and not a single download has gone through.

    I am unable to get my SilverMag Pro download also. Every time I try to download it, it immediately tells me it lost connection even though my internet is working with everything else I have up.

    I tried to send a message through the contact us page asking if there was another way to receive the .zip file, but it told me the message didn’t send.

    I’m having a similar issue except that I cannot download the file at all. It continually tells me that it lost connection even though my internet is working with everything else I have up.

    When I tried to send a message to support, it told me the message didn’t send. So I’m wondering if something is going wrong on their end. Maybe a server is down or something.

    I would like to be able to use the theme that I paid for though.
