Tightening of white space

On the front page, made with page builder:

1. Right now, I’m using a large slider for first section under main nav bar and there’s no gap or spacing.
2. Between first section and second section, which is using Block 5 styling [2 columns, full width, no sidebar], the spacing is nice.
3. Between the second and third section, which is using 2 column with sidebar, there’s a huge gap in white. I understand that this may be the formating of section 2 causing it to look very spaced out from section 3. What’s the best way to address this?
