There has been no response yet from Raja CRN or any other admin. Have asked that in the absence of a response, they should refund me the sum I paid last week. They haven’t responded… I hope the 30-day policy mentioned on the first page still holds.
One thing you might want to try is installing the Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin. The slider on a client site didn’t work and I saw that mentioned in another thread and I tried it and it restored the slider.
But this still doesn’t resolve the issue long-term. I posted over a week ago asking when they’d update the theme and I still haven’t received a response either.
I tried that, but it made no difference – even in the short. I needed a conversation with the developer but that isn’t happening. I have changed my theme – and am hoping to get back the sum I paid a week or so ago. They haven’t responded to a mail either.
