Is there a way I can only use the swipe or fade transition on my slider? I’d like to be consistent.

    Thanks.

Yes, you can do this by simply editing the slider script.

    1. Login via FTP and Go to bresponZive_pro ->JS and Open the “tpcrn_scripts.js”
    2. Now find the fx: ‘random’,
    3. Change Random Transition to your desired one with the following,

‘random’,’simpleFade’, ‘curtainTopLeft’, ‘curtainTopRight’, ‘curtainBottomLeft’, ‘curtainBottomRight’, ‘curtainSliceLeft’, ‘curtainSliceRight’, ‘blindCurtainTopLeft’, ‘blindCurtainTopRight’, ‘blindCurtainBottomLeft’, ‘blindCurtainBottomRight’, ‘blindCurtainSliceBottom’, ‘blindCurtainSliceTop’, ‘stampede’, ‘mosaic’, ‘mosaicReverse’, ‘mosaicRandom’, ‘mosaicSpiral’, ‘mosaicSpiralReverse’, ‘topLeftBottomRight’, ‘bottomRightTopLeft’, ‘bottomLeftTopRight’, ‘bottomLeftTopRight’, ‘scrollLeft’, ‘scrollRight’, ‘scrollHorz’, ‘scrollBottom’, ‘scrollTop’

I’m sorry, I’m new to this. What does “Login via FTP and Go to bresponZive_pro ->JS and Open the “tpcrn_scripts.js” ” mean?

To change the slider transitions, you have to change the code in script file that is random to simplefade. To do this, you have to edit the js file.

You can do this in other way,

In the BresponZive_pro.zip theme folder find the js folder and edit the tpcrn_scripts file like i mentioned above and upload that file via your WordPress Dashboard themes page.

Before uploading the new BresponZive_pro zip file, delete the old BresponZive_pro theme.

Let me know, how it goes.

I have already made changes to the CSS in my site. If I edit the JS file in the .zip file and re-install the theme, won’t this reset all those changes? Is there a way to access the JS file on WordPress? Thanks Raja you’re a lot of help.

Ok. Just copy the old css file from your site. To copy that Go to Appearance > Editor and copy the CSS file and paste in the new BresponZive_pro Zip file.

Now, you can delete the old theme.
