    Hello Raja CRN,

    I just bought the BresponZive Mag Pro theme. It is a great theme. But I was not able to replicate the slider you show on the live demo on the url http://demo.themepacific.com/bresponzive-pro/ in our internal site. In our site we receive the message “Your browser is too old! Upgrade to a different browser to experience this site.” when we try to browse the site with IE 8,9 or 10. Can you kindly help us with the instructions to configure the slider to work with this previous versions of IE like your demo live site?

    Hi,

    For IE7 and below, the message will be shown to users. For above IE8 and above the theme will not show any message.

    Just give us Your URL, after that we can help you.

    Thanks Raja CRN for your answer. It is an internal server, certainly I can share my screen so you can take a look on it but there is no access from the internet direct to the server. Do you think that can work fine for you? I am in London Ontario Canada and our time zone is the same as the one in Toronto. I don’t mind to adjust to your agenda to solve the issue. Do you need any screen shot in advance or file from the server?

    Thanks for your answer. I still can’t make the slider work on IE 9 and 10. Did you checke it on your side? I can schedule a Teleconference where I can share my screen with you and you can control our internal network server for troubleshooting. Do you think that can work for you to give us support and solve the issue?

    Hi Raja CNR, are you able to see the slider on your live demo site http://demo.themepacific.com/bresponzive-pro/ ?

    I am not longer able to. Maybe is a setting on my browser that prevents that. Do you have a clue which it can be?

    Try to reset the IE,

    Close all Internet Explorer and Explorer windows that are currently open.
    Start Internet Explorer.

    Note If you are running Windows 8.1 or Windows 8, start Internet Explorer from the desktop. Changing your settings will affect both Internet Explorer and Internet Explorer that you start from the desktop.
    On the Tools menu, tap or click Internet options. If you don’t see the Tools menu, press Alt.
    In the Internet Options window, tap or click the Advanced tab.
    Tap or click Reset. If you’re using Windows Internet Explorer 6, click Restore Default.

    Hi CRN Raja,

    Now works only the Slider on the demo on our IE 9,10 and 11 but not directly on our site. Any other clue that can help solve the problem and have the same behaviour as you demo site? Can we talk by phone or email to share the my screen so you can see my site?

    Hi Raja CRN,

    I hope you are doing good on these days. The theme is great we would like to keep using it but we still have a high amount of readers accessing our site with IE. It is as I mentioned an internal web site in our company. Can you please advice how can we solve our problem to display properly the Slider in IE? In any version of IE instead of the Slider we read the message “Your browser is too old! Upgrade to a different browser to experience this site.” This happens even with the IE11. But when I go to your demo site or others site in the internet using your theme I don’t have the same message and the slider displays properly.
