    Hi,

    I am trying to upload a custom background image but every time I click “insert into post” it just stalls and the screen goes blank. I tried uploading jpeg and png versions of the image but still no luck. Am I doing something incorrect or is there something wrong with the program?

    We have checked in our demo Theme, It works perfectly without any issues. Please try to upload the images from different browsers like (IE, Firefox, Chrome). We have used functionality of WP media uploader in the ThemeOptions, so try to upload the images in WP Post editor and check that.

    If all goes wrong, let me know and we’ll fix your issues
