I purchased this theme and it does not allow to upload images into the post and not the library images shows. Have reinstalled the theme, already reinstalled the web and nothing … I await solution!

Hello,

I think, this is not the theme problem, none of our customer face this kind of problem. Turn off all your plugins and test the site. If that doesn’t solve the problem. Post your login details here with Set as Private reply.

I just bought this and I have the same problem as the previous user , and disable the plugin and returned to inportar information but the images are not copied to the server

It’s not a problem at all. The images were deleted from our server. That’s why it’s not imported. Please excuse for the inconvenience.
