    Hi there.

    Is it possible to have only high ranking roles have content shown on the slider and latest posts. If so how?

    The reason for this is because I am looking to allowing users submit their own content to the site with a front end publisher.

    Yes, it is possible… However, this customization requires the modification in core of the theme. If you want this feature, please contact us via contact form.
