    I tried installing the theme in my bluehost account unfortunately it is showing blank. I contacted bluehost support they said to ask the theme developers what server options are needed to so that they can activate it for me. Need you help please.

    Hello,

    We’ve tried to login to your FTP account. However, It seems like there is problem with the login information. We are getting ” Login authentication failed” error.

    Please provide the valid login information.

    Hi Raja,

    Did you check out why the theme is not working? I contacted my host and they said to check with you if the theme has any specific cpanel functions required to run so that they can activate/install it.
