    I discovered that after installing the madura mag pro my website stopped displaying well on my galazy s5 and s3. The free version didnt have that problem

    I discovered that it was my Cache plug in that was affecting the site, I bought this theme cos it is said to be the fastest but yet my load speed is in the region of 6 to 30s. If I install a good cache plugin like w 3 Total Cache, the website won’t display well, if I dont install the cashe the speed will nosedive. my website is http://www.naijalinkz.com. I need help here and moreover it took u so long to reply the previous one. Get something like email or moreso try twitter so that u can reply on the move

    I am yet to hear from you. Is this how u assist your customers? I am greatly surprised at your actions. I purchased your theme cos of speed and I am not getting the speed. If I activate minify on my cache plug in the mobile version of the theme will go bad. I need a way out please assist as you promised after sales support.

    In weekends, we try to provide support but we can’t provide that last week. Also, We’ve answered the questions like before. Can you provide screenshot? Because, We can’t identify the exact issue. Provide the Mobile phone details.

    I have seen the problem, it is the cache minification setting. Why is it that I cant use cache plugins of CDN to minify my website without messing up the mobile version. You promised a lightening speed theme which is my main reason for purchase but it is not fast in my installation or are there things I need to do?

    Also, the menu in my theme does not show on mobile so there is no way users can go through my site through menu tabs

    Hello,

    I think, You are not setup the theme in rightly manner. You can change the Minify settings and exclude the js and css files there. Just give us screenshots. Also, provide the temporary login details of your site. Our support team will check your site.
