    Hey guys,

    I’ve been using this theme for a few months now and am very happy with the look of it. The only real issue I am having is with the HomePage Slider. I find that when I log in, it takes about 8 to 12 seconds for the main picture in the slider to display on screen (the smaller picture next to it are always on screen). In its place is just white space. I have optimized all of my photos, so I’m not sure what the problem is. Is there a way to fix this? You can check out my site at hemanworld.com.

    Its been almost 3 weeks since I posted this. Would appreciate some help with this. I had to deactivate the HomePage Slider because it is taking to long to load the first picture. Is there a way to have the first picture already in place when people log in to the site, rather than looking at a blank white space for 12 seconds?

    Hi,

    We’ve checked your site and found that it loads normal and doesn’t take much time. The slider speed depends on your server capabilities too. Also, if you have plugins like nextgen gallery and multiple Jetpack modules, the jquery dependent slider will take some time to load.

    You can install wp Super cache plugin to speed up your site.
