    Hi I uploaded a featured image and it is distorted when it displays. Does the featured image have to be a certain size, or do certain proportions have to be used so the image doesn’t distort?

    Hi, Yes, you have to use ratio of 730px width 410px height. The image size may be more than that or below but the ratio is important to avoid distortion.
