Browser tabs show same title?

    For the past 3 months, when anyone opens a post from my blog it shows the same title on the browser tab – “Hello China, this is Pink!”
    This was the title of a post back on January 13, 2019.
    I tried deleting and re-creating the post, but it didn’t help – posts continue to show same title.
    Nothings seems to work?
