Author Link Showing wrong Author Description?

When you click any link that should take you to the author page for my co-author – David Taylor (such as his name in the metas), it brings you to an author page with my description – and his blog posts. I have not excluded him from the site-map and I’m not sure what else to check.

Here is his author link:

It has my name and description – but it should be his. I contacted WordPress.org, (https://wordpress.org/support/topic/author-link-showing-wrong-author-description/), but was told that I need to get help in this forum since it’s a pro-theme.

I appreciate any help

Hello,

Please edit the file in the theme folder bfastmag_pro/inc/hooks/header.php

Search and find The “Trending” without quotes. In the same block.

after endwhile;
add this code wp_reset_postdata();

If you don’t know, how to edit the files, the update of the theme will come with this fix.

Thank you. I do know how to edit theme files, however, the word Trending does not appear in my file at all.

Please check in the header.php in hooks folder. The header.php text somehow missed in the reply.
