I am able to log into website admin page with administrator log in details you have provided earlier and it works fine. Since we logged in using administrator log in details from admin page at http://inthefrontrow.com/wp-admin/users.php we can add new users and set a role for it. Currently users ‘CodyShear56’ and ‘marisayvette’ has Contributor role. Here you can click on users and under role you can set any role for users.
However I tried login using the password you have provided for users ‘CodyShear56’ and ‘marisayvette’ and I am not able to click on new post and it did not work. I enabled debug mode for your website did not find any error log generated related for your website. So is difficult to identify the exact root cause for the issue. The changing of roles is working fine without disabling the theme. However only adding new posts with role as contributors not working. You can check with your theme provider and verify why it is conflicting with users adding post in website. Or you can try reinstalling the theme and verify.
