Yes, All devices use some screen resolution. Why don’t you use Chrome developer developer tools and test your site with the Popular Mobile device Resolutions. Also,Please give us the real Mobile Screenshots not the simulation.

    Thanks

    Hello,

Did you follow those Instructions? If so, your site should work. Personally, I’ve tested the theme and used those instructions provided by our support persons in our test site. I’ve faced any issues.

Added that, I haven’t faced any he Browser zoom Problems too. However, if you are still facing any issues, Hereafter, I’ll provide support for you. So, Please Provide some more details, the screenshot will be better. Also, share in which mobile, you are facing problems. If you customized your site on your own, we can’t give support for that.

    Hello,

Like you said,There has been a miscommunication. Now the the errors are gone. You can check it in yourself. I’ve regenerate your problems in our test server by using this plugin with all major Premium themes. Result is not good, none of the other popular premium themes aren’t working well with this plugins.

Mobile theme swithcers will only include the WP core functions and will not support the Custom Frameworks that has been developed by the Premium Theme Authors. That is, only the basic theme will work with theme swithcers. You can test with our Madura Free Version theme which is a basic theme. Our Pro version settings controlled by ThemePacific Framework.

To fix things, you have to create menus in theme like the pugin author said in the installation page. Also, you have to create the new Sidebar said by Plugin author. If you create the menus, sidebars, theme will show them in your blog.

    Thanks for your co-operation.
