    1. Activate Google search or forum search. The admin seems to be running this place like a general Q&A dump and a lot of questions are often asked more than once. If you allow search, then users can find answers on their own…mostly.

    2. Due to the poorly written documentation, a lot of us come here for support. The admin seems to have a position that this is like doing us a favour when in fact, every issue we have raised is like helping the admin develop the next iteration.

    3. This is a new Theme and we’ve paid to be almost beta testers. This is fine for most of us who chose this theme, but the admin should be more accommodating in helping clients with things that are theme related…up to and INCLUDING customizing the theme, such as non-trivial matters like centering a page title or the logo picture. However, this should not including customizing the various display blocks or page builder functions, which are great.

    4. The admin actively discourages users from helping each other…if we got our issues resolved, we wouldn’t have to. And a lively community helping each other is good for the theme.

    5. Update the documentation.

    Thanks for your suggestions. Though, We’ve search form in the forum homepage and FAQs section, most users not read there. I think you are mentioning the style.css broken error as most asked.

    We are trying to help you customize the theme. If you know CSS and little html, you can easily customize like centering the logo. We’ve answered plenty of those questions for our users.

    I think, many of the theme sellers not giving any support for customization. They sell the theme as it is and don’t offer any customization. Apart from that no one offer free setup, We provide that.

    You may think that it is very simple to add code and do things but it’s not a like that. Some level of understanding of the coding is needed.

    We are not discouraging the users to communicate. You can answer any of the users post. Even the other user has posted the reply to this thread above.

    For the documentation, We’ve provided enough documentation for theme. If you want to know more about basic WordPress things, simple Google Search will give you the plenty of answers. Still, We are updating the Documentation based on the users questions.
