September 18, 2014 at 9:40 am #3772JayMemberHello Admin, thank you for the OUTSTANDING support so far. I just have 1 issue which I could not fix on my own. When I change the theme’s custom font the popular-recent post widget completely stopped working. It does not function correctly or show the right color font (white). Please help me to resolve this issue.
My site:
How it should look:
Basically it looks totally wrong and does not function (the POPULAR POST and RECENT POST are same) Please help as this widget is very cool and useful!

I fixed the “look” of the widget myself using the !important function you talked about in different posts. However, the function is not working, the “recent post and popular posts” are SAME. Sir, can you please address this issue as it is a php issue and I believe I fixed the css on my own.
September 25, 2014 at 4:56 am #3831JayMemberDear Admin, I have contacted my developer and again they said
“I have logged into your WordPress admin interface and check the settings. The widget settings are set properly. However, the popular post and recent post are listing the same 3 recent posts. I suggest that you contact the theme provider and check whether there is any issue with the ‘Popular Posts’ widget.Sincerely,

September 25, 2014 at 8:53 am #3832Raja CRNKeymasterHi,
We were busy with our server and support forum maintenance about last 4 days. That’s why we can’t reply to you. Could you please share your temporary ftp account details?. The widget code can’t be edited from WordPress. Thanks for your Support.September 25, 2014 at 11:57 am #3834JayMemberThis reply has been marked as private.September 26, 2014 at 12:01 pm #3842Raja CRNKeymasterHi,
We have checked the code and there is no issue at all. The Popular Posts will show you the posts based on comment count. If there is no comment, the recent posts will be showed.
Ref WP Code: Popular Posts.

September 27, 2014 at 11:21 am #3856JayMemberAhh I see, I guess I will have to get it customized because I switched to facebook comments. Can you please tell me which files you modified to make the facebook counter work? I had to restore my server and now the facebook widget is not working, when I put back .htaccess to the usual it still did not work and I also kept the same “themepacific pro files” – I feel sorry to ask to do it again. Can you just tell me which files were modified please?
September 27, 2014 at 11:27 am #3857Raja CRNKeymasterHi,
Okay,We’ll soon update the theme with the patch. You can have that. Also, backup the theme before doing any customization.
September 27, 2014 at 2:26 pm #3858JayMemberThanks. My server developers cannot seem to fix the issue. Sorry about this. Idk why the facebook counter broke again. My host said:
“We had made the changes to the .htaccess file on September 26, 2014. Thus, I have renamed the current .htaccess file and restored the .htaccess file from September 25, 2014 backup which did not helped. I was unable to fix it within the dashboard either. You have to completely re-configure the widget and check it again.”
Please let me know how I can fix the facebook counter agaian.
September 28, 2014 at 1:34 pm #3866JayMemberCan you please tell me which files you modified aside from .htaccess? I have a backup of the files but I do not know which ones to replace.
September 30, 2014 at 10:18 am #3876JayMemberDear Raja Admin,
my developers said: The website http://www.mensavvy.com/ does not display the Facebook likes. However, I could not find any error message in the website, like the one you have provided in the screenshot. The PHP settings are fine for your account. The Facebook link loads fine, but the number of likes are not displaying. It could be an issue with the widget or the theme that you have used. You can try to contact the theme/plugin vendor and ask them to verify from their end.
Sincerely,
Senior Technical Specialist

Your service is world-class quality and I thank you for developing such great themes like “Silver Mag” and “BresponZive.” I have purchased themes from many more mainstream websites but your themes are the most elegantly simplistic (yet filled with features). I hope you keep making themes and also a customer request for you to make more “multimedia themes” resembling brezponsive, silvermag, and youtube/facebook style which would be AWESOME.Thanks again 🙂
