It’s not the Theme Error. It is your Mistake that with out extracting theme zip file and uploading the Whole Package in WordPress.
Please don’t install the Downloaded package directly. You have to extract the theme Zip file from the Downloaded package and then install that extracted theme zip file to WordPress.
