    I’m having a similar issue except that I cannot download the file at all. It continually tells me that it lost connection even though my internet is working with everything else I have up.

    When I tried to send a message to support, it told me the message didn’t send. So I’m wondering if something is going wrong on their end. Maybe a server is down or something.

    I would like to be able to use the theme that I paid for though.

    Hi,

    Now, You can download the file. Small issue in the server returns the timeout error.

    I am having the same issue as the OP here. I only get a 3MB file that doesn’t contain the complete theme. My thread is here:
