Hi,

Google+ count is not displaying on our site, i’ve created the google+ api key on code.google.com/apis/console and pasted on social accounts on madura dashboard. Can you please help me.

Steps i followed,
1.went to code.google.com/apis/console and created a project , under apis&auth i’ve enabled google+API, google+ domain api.
2.under credentials created a new browser key. (Also tested server key, it doesn’t work too)
3.copied and pasted on madura dashboard.

didnt worked.

Can you tell me what i’m missing

Hi,

Check your site, the Google+ count has working with our API Key. Our code has no issues. You have to create the correct API key and activate it. Please do change the API Key soon. Our API key will be deactivated soon.

im not saying your code has an issue, just wanted to know which step i’ve done wrong. Any way thanks for the support

Hello,

We are also not saying that you have said that. We’ve confirmed that the script is working without any issues, and problem is with API. I think, you API key was not activated or something wrong in that.

Try to create new browser API key here https://console.developers.google.com/project. which is improved version of Google API. Try here and let me know how it goes.

can u tell me how you generate the key, its not working for me, i followed the steps correctly. and its saying activated by: my email address . i dont know why is not working for me

To Create Google+ API for WordPress

Follow the steps to create Google Plus API for Followers count,

1. Visit Google Developers Console
2. Then, Click the Create Project and Type any Project Name.
3.Open that Project and click the “API & Auth” in the left sidebar.
4. Now, find out ‘Google+ API’ and turn on that.
5. After, that Click ‘Credentials’ in left sidebar
6. In the Credentials Screen, Click the “Create New Key” button
7. In the Popup, Choose the Browser key and Hit the Create Button
8. That’s it, Now you will get Google+ API key.

Enter that API key in the ThemePacific Theme Options Panel.
