Error downloading update

    I’m trying to download the update SilverMag Pro theme that had acquired last year. But there is an error or the file does not exist because not download anything. The file looks like this:
    SilverMag-pro-Package-miqbnjwpis.zip.download

    And besides, they’re going discounting downloads with the attempts that I have made. What can I do?
